Dulmina Chamathkara is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist currently affiliated to Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Sri Lanka. With over six years of experience in the development sector, he has significantly contributed to institutionalizing M&E practices in the country through his tenure at different organizations such as Sri Lanka Evaluation Association, MG Consultants (Pvt) Limited, and USAID funded Strengthening Democratic Governence and Accountability Project (SDGAP).

Academically, Mr. Chamathkara holds a Postgraduate Diploma in M&E from the University of Sri Jayawardenepura and is currently pursuing a Master's in Environmental Management at the University of Moratuwa. This educational background underscores his expertise in both M&E and environmental sustainability.

Beyond his professional role, Mr. Chamathkara is an active volunteer in the Asia Pacific Region. He is a co-founder and former co-lead of EvalYouth Asia and EvalYouth Sri Lanka, initiatives aimed at empowering young evaluation professionals. Additionally, he is committed to promoting indigenous evaluation practices in the region, highlighting his dedication to culturally sensitive and inclusive development work.
