Mesah Isaac Kweku Junior is a dynamic young leader with a strong background in agriculture, environmental conservation, and community development. Holding a BSc in Agricultural Science (Crop Science) from the University of Ghana with sustainable practices to drive positive change.
Professionally, Mensah has made significant contributions as Field Operational Manager at SteFarms, implementing sustainable agricultural practices, including organic vegetable production using soil and soilless media. He also serves as Project Coordinator for the Community and Family Aid Foundation and National Organizer for Clean Ocean Project Ghana, leading community initiatives focused on environmental conservation and youth empowerment.
Mensah's leadership extends to various roles, including AY Campus Club Coordinator for Asaase Yaa and Friends Network, Campus Ambassador for Lead for Ghana, Ambassador for Grow Ghana Education Initiative, Judge and Panelist for Hult Prize on Campus, and Organizer for Young Agripreneurs Forum (YAF)-UG. Additionally, he has worked as Assistant Agricultural Project Coordinator for The Builders Foundation.
