Passionnate evaluator and project designer that has evolved in the fields of international cooperation and social innovation. In my twenty years of experience, working in english, spanish and french, I have worked a lot in the design of theories of change, logical framework/model, project proposals. I have also built specialities as an evaluation advisor and coordinator with multi-country/region evaluations. I developed expertise in mixed methods, and especially with outcome harvesting method and the developmental evaluation approach to accompany innovation. I have worked mainly in the areas of international cooperation, urban innovation, early childhood community development, agroecology, value chain management. Oriented by principles, I favor collective approches, impact-oriented evaluation, horizontal leadership, team spirit, humility, knowledge sharing, enabling collective intelligence, simple but useful visual tools.
