FP’s Office of Evaluation released a technical note presenting a set of guiding principles and evaluability considerations to undertake evaluations when field missions and face-to-face interviews are not possible.

Different scenarios have been developed for work planning with a number of options being considered: postponing the evaluation, undertaking a remote evaluation, converting it into a desk study, cancelling the evaluation.
