EvalForward Talks: Remote evaluations during COVID-19: how can we cope and adapt? What are the best solutions?

Join your peers for an informal knowledge-exchange session to share the challenges you are facing and the solutions you adopted to overcome them in carrying out remote evaluations, in times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As other professionals, evaluators had to adapt their practice to the context of the pandemic and find their ways to cope with the uncertainties of the situation. EvalForward organized this informal session for interested members to share their experience, tips and practical solutions in addressing some of the challenges of remote evaluation.

Renate Roels, evaluation manager at FAO Office of Evaluation, set the stage by sharing her experience in managing evaluations over the last months. An interactive group discussion followed with participants invited to use this as a safe space to contribute their experiences and solutions and to voice their concerns related to work in the COVID-19 context.

The session took place on 11 December 14:00 to 15:15 Rome time / 13:00 to 14:15 GMT.
