I apply concepts of development programing and performance management for the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of initiatives that restore and improved livelihoods, strengthen resilience and enhance welfare. My ability to apply both qualitative and quantitative tools for household and food systems assessment and modeling together with my expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Impact Assessment (MELIA) processes, and practical experience with agricultural technology & innovation dissemination/scaling have been useful for targeting and assessing performance of initiatives. I can facilitate multi-stakeholder processes, form strategic partnerships, and build capacities. I have worked in interdisciplinary & multicultural settings, and maintain a network of professionals to ensure that I am up-to-date on current trends in international development and research, understand specific contextual issues, learn, and adapt strategies. My leadership abilities, reflected in my motivation for success, effective communication, conflict resolution and delegation skills, and my appreciation of ethical principles, have inspired team work.
