I am a program management and evaluation expert with more than six years of experience in the humanitarian and global development sector. I currently work at the Center for Global Development as a Policy Analyst in the Global Health team managing reporting, contracting, finances and evaluation needs of the International Decision Support Initiative (iDSI) - an initiative focused on supporting countries to achieve Universal Health Care through thoughtful healthcare prioritization. Previously, I have worked for UNICEF Ethiopia in their WASH team, managing project reporting and proposal writing and have worked for CARE Australia overseeing agricultural and health projects in PNG, a WASH project in Zimbabwe and agricultural projects in Tanzania. I am a passionate advocate for gender equality and have a keen interest and expertise in using monitoring and evaluation to achieve social justice. I am a graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Masters of Evaluation and hold a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Spanish and Development Studies (first class Honours) from the Australian National University.
