Of note here is the "outputs" dimension, which refers to quality of research outputs and contributions to advancement of science. I think the authors can more clearly identify how concrete development results related to particular research area can be considered as well. This is still not clear to me in the other three dimensions. Could you perhaps point us to the relevant parts of the guidelines on this?
