Cecile [user:field_middlename] Kusters

Cecile Kusters is a Senior Advisor Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) with expertise in (mixed methods, mainly qualitative; complex) evaluations, strategic design (including Theories of Change), M&E system design, PME capacity development and organisational change processes in multi-stakeholder initiatives. She is the lead author for our new (2017) book Managing for Sustainable Development Impact. An Integrated Approach to Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and has worked with the approach since 2002. In 2011 Cecile was the lead author for another book Making Evaluations Matter: A Practical Guide for Evaluators. Cecile has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the international development sector, with a wide range of stakeholders. She currently leads the Value Proposition Managing for Sustainable Development Impact for Wageningen Centre for Development Innovation (WCDI) and has been a team leader for many years for the PM&E team in WCDI.
