Brief Work/Experience

Over 30 years of professional work in the field of Population and Development and Monitoring and Evaluation as a lecturer, a researcher, a consultant and a manager. Former Director of the Population Studies and Research Institute, Former Deputy Director in charge of Research & Evaluation at the Centre for HIV Research, College of Health Sciences, University of Nairobi and the immediate former Deputy Director, Graduate School, University of Nairobi. I have coordinated many trainings, research programs, projects and executed many consultancies. I have supervised over 80 postgraduate studies in population studies and monitoring and evaluation.

Currently, I work as an Associate Professor of Population Studies at the Population Studies and Research Institute, University of Nairobi
