+10 years of experience in Humanitarian Assistance with long and short-term assignments in similar geopolitical settings; Breadth and depth of experience from participating directly in the management and implementation of M&E, especially Third Part Monitoring. The foci of his work have included aid to displaced populations, food security, conflict resolution, hygiene and sanitation, and education. Mr KISUKU has been intensively trained by the Germany academy for international development with focus on results based M&E, food security and management for development results. He has good knowledge of the geographical, political and cultural area of DR Congo, especially the eastern provinces. Mr. KISUKU is also a member of DeGEval (German M&E Society).
Monitoring & Evaluation/Research
Mastery of different steering tools, Management and research method like Results-Based Management, SWOT, MARP,PRA, RRA, Capacity WORKS, Logical Frame, Results chains/model, Theory of Changes, Humanitarian Accountability Partnership, etc. Good knowledge of design of online data collection with ODK, KoboCollect, Sphinx, Survey Monkey, etc. Data processing and interpretation by SPSS, Epi Info, Smart ENA, Sphynx, Access and Excel. Design and organize baseline survey and/or mid-term evaluation based on OECD/DAC 5 criteria (especially for Food Security and Nutritional Projects).
Good writing skill in French, Swahili and English. Knowledge of administrative procedure, Congolese labour law and administrative management of subcontractor. Very high organizational capacity and event planner (especially workshop or participatory meeting). Strong analytical skill, problem solving and decision making.
