This report presents the proceedings of EvalColombo 2018, the first  ever parliamentarians evaluation event held from 17-19 Sep 2018 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.The theme of the event was "Responsible Parliaments, Embracing Evaluation for Agenda 2030.

EvalColombo2018 was attended by over 250 delegates from 70 countries showcasing interest for demand and use of evaluation.
