Currently, I am an Evaluation Officer at the Office of Evaluation of the World Food Programme, where I lead the NEC and the Evaluation Quality workstreams. Prior to joining WFP, I worked for the public sector in Argentina for 10 years, in multiple capacities, including in evaluation, monitoring and delivery mechanisms. I was head of M&E for the National Agency ACUMAR and for the Ministry for Crime and Policing at the Buenos Aires City. Later, I supported different international NGOs and foundations based in the UK in the humanitarian and development sector to develop and implement evaluation systems. These include the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and Anti-Slavery International. I have also carried out independent evaluative work and supported the development of monitoring frameworks as a consultant for INGOs and development and multilateral organizations.
