Jessica Virnna Antipolo

France

I am an M&E professional with 5 years of experience in public health, nutrition, child rights, and humanitarian programs in the Philippines and Mongolia, weaving together my public health epidemiology and nursing education.

I designed M&E frameworks, theories of change, and systems for 6 donor-funded programs (USAID, EU, and corporate grants) with budgets ranging from $25,000 to $5 million. I managed the M&E of 2 of these programs concurrently for 10 months. I planned and implemented 8 impact evaluation studies, for example on drug supply monitoring, early childhood development, maternal health and nutrition, and children's psychosocial resilience.

I am specializing in health behavior change measurement and participatory evaluations.

I was a selected mentee of 2 global health mentorship programs, MultiPOD Mentoring and GHMe. I also worked as a public health advisor for an EU-funded project in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia for 10 months. I helped build the capacities of Bayanzurkh district community health volunteers in health promotion activities.

I am native in English and Filipino, intermediate in French, and 2 other Philippine dialects, Ilocano and Ilonggo.
