I have worked with the Pan African Institute for Development – West Africa (PAID –WA) from 2008 to 2019. I have ten years progressive experience diligently serving monitoring and evaluation tasks including baseline surveys, needs assessments and qualitative studies;
With extensive skills from working with international and domestic agencies including private donors: Planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and measuring impact of projects and programs; conducting surveys and operations research; developing information systems to best measure and document program/project outputs and effectiveness to inform strategic development. Demonstrated technical inputs in implementing day-to-day program operations, in project financial planning and reporting, and in partner and donor relationships. I have advanced skills in statistical methods, data collection, data interpretation and presentation. Ability to forge and maintain relationships with partner organizations as well as building capacity within local partners of all levels.
