Sîm-Yassah is a passionate development professional with more than fifteen (15) years of experience supporting the design and management of development projects/programs with focus on improving monitoring and evaluation systems.

He is mentor for EvalYouth Global Mentorship Program and has supported capacity building of young and/or emerging evaluators and nonprofit organizations in project/program management, monitoring and evaluation. Sîm-Yassah is certified in PMD Pro and has facilitated several face-to-face and virtual training in the PMD Pro methodology.

He is currently serving as a short-term consultant at the World Bank to adapt a training package for Young and Emerging Evaluators in the African context.

The training package is originally in English. I will translate it into French and deliver a training virtually for Young and Emerging Evaluators from Francophone countries.

He is  also working with the African Union Commission as Monitoring and Evaluation Expert to support the evaluation of the First Ten-Year Implementation Plan of Agenda 2063.

 he enjoys hobbies that include running, playing basketball and swimming. He also enjoys  local food.
