The objectives of the learning event are to share and further discuss the findings presented in the 2019 ARRI, with a particular emphasis on the 2019 learning theme: Relevance of IFAD project interventions.

A special panel will discuss the question -  "How to improve the quality of IFAD operations for "better" results?".
