Design and implement MEAL systems with program managers
Provide technical support to colleagues to ensure effective use and compliance of RBM tools and procedures
Support project closing reports, document observations, learnings and recommendations
Coordinate reporting exercises, mid-term reviews and program evaluations
Knowledge generation and dissemination (internal / external):
Design and implement learning activities (research, impact assessments, analysis) aligned with global learning agenda
Supervise external research consultants (develop ToR, workplan, validate survey tools, reports, provide quality insurance)
Contribute to knowledge dissemination among project managers through quarterly global meetings
Programming activities:
Assist review program cycles
Monitor project implementation
