Program implementation and design

  • Reviewed national reporting tools and policy frameworks for Community Health Strategy and Public Health Emergency Response in Kenya to support the development, design, and implementation of the Hygiene Behaviour Change Communication M&E framework.
  • Provide technical support and supervision of WASH/ COVID-19 HBCC2 UKAID/UNILIVER/FCDO Project specifically in Water, sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Social Behavior Change Communication to ensure quality, effectiveness and timely implementation and achievement of the intended of the project.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, work-plans, and reports and review the same to ensure that project budgets are effectively managed and timely development and implementation of quality quarterly project implementation plans
  • Organize regular performance review meetings with the key project stakeholders and supervise the work of partner organizations
  • Ensure adequate consultation and participation at all project stages while creating and coordinating community partnerships with other possible stakeholders (government, private sector, and iNGOs)

Les évaluations impliquent souvent de travailler avec des données étendues ou complexes, et les aides visuelles telles que les tableaux, les graphiques et les infographies permettent aux évaluateurs de présenter ces données dans un format plus accessible. En visualisant les données, les modèles, les tendances et les relations deviennent plus évidents, ce qui permet aux évaluateurs de communiquer efficacement leurs conclusions aux parties prenantes.

      En outre, les évaluateurs analysent souvent des systèmes ou des processus complexes. Dans ce cas, les outils visuels tels que les diagrammes, les organigrammes et les modèles conceptuels s'avèrent inestimables. Ces représentations visuelles permettent de mieux comprendre les interdépendances entre les différents éléments du système, ce qui facilite les discussions et la collaboration entre les parties prenantes. En exploitant le pouvoir des visuels, les évaluateurs peuvent transmettre efficacement leurs résultats, capter l'attention des parties prenantes et faciliter des discussions et des processus de prise de décision significatifs.
