So many contributions have been made which encompass multiple view points in the discussion of the Mixed Methods approach in Evaluation.
My basic question is; How can we address this concern raised by JP while taking into consideration probable budget constraints in Evaluation processes and the limitations which skew evaluators towards quantitative approaches which are more cost effective? [Mostly without acquiring and application of high end software for Qual collation, transcription and analysis].
RE: How are mixed methods used in programme evaluation?
Dear Colleagues:
So many contributions have been made which encompass multiple view points in the discussion of the Mixed Methods approach in Evaluation.
My basic question is; How can we address this concern raised by JP while taking into consideration probable budget constraints in Evaluation processes and the limitations which skew evaluators towards quantitative approaches which are more cost effective? [Mostly without acquiring and application of high end software for Qual collation, transcription and analysis].
Thanks in advance!
