Edem Komlan Messa-Gavo

Edem Messa-Gavo is a development professional with over 15 years of rich experience in monitoring-evaluation (M&E) systems design and management, and in strategic planning. He is a holder of a Post-graduate Degree in Sociology and Development studies and also a Bachelor Degree in Geography and Resource Development, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Child and Youth Development. He has an extensive experience in international development organizations for having carried out varied responsibilities and assignments in his long professional careers. His scope of work covers a wide range of development sectors or programmatic areas such as capacity building for policy analysis and development management, public-private partnership, impact assessment, change management, information system management, child protection and community development. In addition, he also has experience in diplomacy and election observations. Edem is fluent in French and English and has a good report writing skills in both languages.
