Over 20 years of experience working in international development, primarily focusing in the public health sector but also within the agriculture and education sectors. Experience includes working with host country governments, United Nations, international non-governmental organizations, non-profits and universities. Technical areas of expertise include: nutrition both nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive, infectious disease including HIV and AIDS, malaria and Tuberculosis as well as orphans and vulnerable children programming. Management areas of focus include: monitoring and evaluation, program design, capacity building, organizational development, knowledge management, scaling-up health programming, host country government capacity development, USG reporting and new business development. Noreen demonstrates excellent skills in cross-cultural adaptation and the ability to rapidly research multiple public health topics and identify program opportunities in various countries.
