I am a monitoring, evaluation, and research professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, investigative mindset, and process-driven approach. My passion lies in exploring the intersection of health determinants at individual, societal, and environmental levels. I am qualified with a Master of Arts in Social Work and Community Health from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Burdwan in India. Interdisciplinary knowledge of Biological Sciences, Social Work, and Community Health has been critical asset in my work in international development. I have expertise designing scientific innovation in public health, nutrition and agricultural interventions. Collaboration is a critical element of my work, and I strongly believe in fostering knowledge exchange in the workplace.

With more than 17 years of experience in the social development sector in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Ethiopia, I have a proven track record of leading and implementing innovative and effective monitoring, evaluation, and research strategies (using mixed-method approach), portfolio management, and quality assurance for multi-year funded programs across verticals such as public health and nutrition, climate impact on agriculture, food systems, and philanthropic innovation. I have worked with various multi-disciplinary organizations, including Rainforest Alliance, Children's Investment Fund Foundation, eKutir, Azim Premji Foundation, IFPRI, OXFAM India, AED (FHI360), and FXB India, which invests in improving the lives of the underserved population in developing nations. I have contributed to several peer-reviewed publications and presented research findings and programmatic learning at national and international forums.
