This handbook for participatory evaluation was put together by EvalParticipativa as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic from the field of evaluation: in the face of fragility and the limits of self-sufficiency, it intends to foreground the multitude of voices and experiences of the people involved in development processes.

With a transformational viewpoint on reality, this handbook presents participatory evaluation as a community of dialogue that, by means of sowing collective views and experiences, manages to harvest learnings of improvement to boost present and future realities.
